- January 2019: SAVIS was granted a license to provide Public Digital Signature Authentication Services, becoming the 10th Public Digital Signature Authentication Service Provider in Vietnam with the TrustCA brand. It was also the first entity licensed under Decree 130/2018/ND-CP, detailing the implementation of the Electronic Transactions Law regarding digital signatures and authentication services.
- March 2021: SAVIS became the first in Vietnam to offer TrustCA Timestamp, an electronic authentication service providing timestamping, leveraging cutting-edge technology to prevent fraud and forgery in electronic transactions, ensuring legal validity for long-term document storage and authentication, even after digital certificates expire.
- July 2021: SAVIS officially became the first and only Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) in Vietnam for remote digital signing and electronic seal services under the eIDAS Regulation, certified by the European Commission’s compliance authority, ensuring full recognition by all 27 European Union member states.
- November 2021: SAVIS GROUP was among the first to be licensed to provide TrustCA Remote Signing, a remote digital signing service.
- June 2023: SAVIS Digital, a subsidiary of SAVIS GROUP, received certification to provide CeCA Electronic Contract Authentication Services, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, origin verification, and non-repudiation of electronic documents and contracts.
- July 2023: SAVIS GROUP launched SAM Appliance, an all-in-one solution for data encryption, digital signature authentication, and mobile identification on a Cloud HSM platform, certified by the Government Cipher Committee and compliant with FIPS 140-2 Level 3, as defined by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
SAVIS’s digital signing and electronic authentication solutions fully comply with Vietnam’s legal requirements, including Decree 23/2025/ND-CP on electronic signatures and trusted services, the 2023 Electronic Transactions Law, Decree 130/2018/ND-CP, Circular 16/2019/TT-BTTTT on mandatory standards for digital signatures and authentication services for mobile and remote signing, and Circular 22/2020/TT-BTTTT on technical requirements for digital signing and verification software. Additionally, SAVIS’s solutions exceed the new cybersecurity requirements for the banking sector under Circular 50/2024/TT-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam.
SAVIS also operates as a Public Certificate Authority (CA), delivering specialized internal CA systems for secure and remote signing, HSM-based signing, mobile signing, Signing Portal, and large-scale WebRA certificate management.
